Pet the wife: works exactly as promised! Continuous spray kicks in after a few pumps and is easily maintained. Spray is not terribly fine but definitely not too heavy, so for me a perfect mist to get bone-dry hair quickly damp enough for styling. Have had for almost 4 months now and have used almost daily with zero problems. I make sure to only use water filtered through our Brita pitcher, though. I also have to remember to manually reinflate the water bladder as water does not automatically make it reexpand (just take the top sprayer off and blow in to the bag before refilling to get the maximum amount of water in there). Also, there was a little moisture in the sprayer when I first got it, just like so many other people. I just took a little time to rinse it out with a little household bleach cleaner (a few drops, nothing more) to kill any lingering bacteria and then flush it out thoroughly with plenty of filtered Brita water. I think the main thing to do to get your money’s worth
